Andrew Eisenhart has been actively investing in real estate since 2003, when he purchased his first duplex in his hometown of Rochester, NY—all while working part-time at Home Depot during college. What began as a side hustle quickly grew into a long-term passion and a multi-state investment strategy.
Today, Andrew manages a portfolio of eight properties across four states, with a focus on long-term value, smart rehabs, and sustainable returns. He is also a co-owner of JABAR Lacuna LLC, a boutique real estate gap lending company that funds residential rehab and new construction projects.
Andrew is deeply embedded in the Twin Cities real estate scene and actively networks nationwide through respected investor communities such as Fortune Builders, Pace Morby’s SubTo, Top Tier TC, and the Gator Method. His investment philosophy centers on strong relationships, creative financing, and disciplined execution.
