Who is Speaking

James Faillettaz

James Faillettaz

Founder and CEO of Verus Praedium Holdings

James Faillettaz is the Founder and CEO of Verus Praedium Holdings, a vertically integrated real estate company encompassing Revolution Investing, Revolution Renting, Revolution Realty, and Revolution Media. He began building the business shortly after college by house hacking a triplex and has since grown it into a portfolio and operating platform serving the Twin Cities market. James studied international economic development at St. Olaf College, where his research explored how Chinese direct investment in Ethiopian infrastructure contributed to one of the world’s fastest-growing economies during the 2010s. His interest in global markets, development, and culture has taken him to more than twenty-seven countries across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and South America. As CEO, James focuses on capital raising, attracting high-level talent, building scalable systems, setting long-term strategic goals, and evaluating new opportunities across the organization. He remains closely involved in the day-to-day business while working to create the structure and leadership needed for sustainable growth. Today, much of that work includes developing AI-powered systems that help his team operate more efficiently, evaluate opportunities, and make better-informed decisions. James joins this panel not simply as a technology enthusiast, but as an operator actively integrating AI into a growing real estate business—and continuing to learn where it can create meaningful value.

Reda Ransom

Reda Ransom

Founder of ELEVATED,

Reda Ransom is a brand strategist and no-code AI systems architect based in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area. She is the founder of ELEVATED, a consulting practice that helps businesses build memorable brands and implement AI-powered systems that increase efficiency and impact. She's trained LLM "brains," created voice-driven AI agents using ElevenLabs, and designed Household OS, a predictive home-management system that anticipates what a household needs before it runs out. Whether she's in Make.com, n8n, Claude, or Lovable, her focus is the same: turning ambitious ideas into systems that actually run on their own. At her core, she's driven by a simple belief that AI should amplify human connection, not replace it, and that the best systems are the ones that quietly make people's lives easier.

Tom Gould

Tom Gould

Branch Manager of Strategy & Systems at Fairway Home Mortgage

Tom Gould is Branch Manager of Strategy & Systems at Fairway Home Mortgage's Eden Prairie, Minnesota branch (NMLS #831613), where he co-leads a team of roughly 24 loan officers alongside his sales counterpart. Tom's focus is bringing enterprise-grade technology to a branch-level operation — and over the past few years, AI has become the engine of that work. He has built and deployed a fleet of more than 40 AI-assisted websites, a library of reusable AI "skills" that automate everything from marketing compliance reviews to income analysis and branded financial reporting, and a suite of custom GPT tools used across the branch, and company. His approach treats AI not as a novelty but as production infrastructure: codified workflows, security baselines, and compliance gates that let a small team ship at the pace of a much larger organization with the combination of Individual Augmentation and Autonomous Workflows. Tom speaks regularly with leadership and peers about practical AI adoption — what actually works, what doesn't, and how to get producers to use the tools you build.

 Ryan Schroder

Ryan Schroder

Founder and Owner of Fuze Real Estate

Ryan Schroder is the founder and owner of Fuze Real Estate, a vertically integrated Twin Cities firm combining property management, brokerage, and construction under one roof — today managing 500+ units and over $125M in real estate assets across single-family, multifamily, and HOA properties. Sixteen years in, Ryan is reimagining how a real estate company operates. Instead of buying more software, he builds it. He's developed a suite of AI-powered tools that now run real parts of the business: billing and payments, maintenance troubleshooting, unit turns, move-ins, lease renewals, and payroll. The result is a company that moves faster, costs less to operate, and gives owners more visibility than a traditional shop can. He speaks regularly on panels about applying AI to real operations, not hypotheticals. Ryan also founded and runs the Minnesota Real Estate Club, Minnesota's premier free real estate event, built on education, value, and network building rather than a sales pitch.

Matt Faschingbauer

Matt Faschingbauer

Founder and Managing Principal, Corporate Advancement Resources

Matthew "Matt" Faschingbauer is a Minnesota entrepreneur, automotive-service operator, commercial real-estate investor, and capital allocator. Through Corporate Advancement Resources, he oversees operating businesses and real-estate holdings across several industries, including Total Auto Care in North Branch, Parents Autocare in Minneapolis, and commercial property held through Chi Rho Real Estate Holdings. His long-term strategy is to build professionally managed service companies, acquire durable real estate, buy additional businesses, and shift from daily operator into strategist, chairman, and capital allocator. Much of his work centers on professionalizing founder-led businesses through management structures, financial controls, standardized procedures, and acquisition-integration plans. Not a programmer by training, Matt uses AI daily as an executive thinking resource to analyze financials, contracts, and acquisition targets, document procedures, and pressure-test decisions. His interest is in building AI into a company's management architecture while keeping final accountability with ownership. Matt's Christian faith informs his views on stewardship and leadership. He and his wife, Tracey, live in Minnesota.
