From Attendee to Owner
For years, I was just a face in the crowd at the Minnesota Real Estate Club. I attended the events, took notes, and watched the previous owner, Anthony Verch, build a community of local pros.
In January 2025, I took it over.
If I'm being completely honest, my initial motivation was simple: I thought it might get me more clients. But as soon as I stepped into the leadership role, I realized the real ROI of this club wasn't just a client list — it was access.
Breaking the Paywall
When I took over, the club operated on a $500 subscription model. It didn't sit right with me. I felt like I was begging for checks instead of building a movement.
So we changed the game. We made the club free. By partnering with sponsors who believe in our mission, we've removed the barrier to entry. Now we focus on what actually matters: leading with value.

I lead the MN Real Estate Club to provide a space for serious investors and agents to 'Fuze' their expertise.
